According to a new report in Nature Biotechnology, computer-designed proteins have been constructed to fight the flu.  Researchers at the Institute for Protein Design at the University of Washington have reengineered proteins to act as broad-spectrum antiviral agents against a variety of influenza virus strains, including the H1N1 pandemic influenza.  And one of these engineered proteins has a flu-fighting potenc.....
